It really doesnt do much. Its the same as taking a screenshot when you "fix" your picture. A waste of money . . .

All you guys who dont know how to use this are stupid, it fills in all the black spots so iOS 7 lets it fit perfectly! Use that screenshot and it will fit perfectly!

Used it on a iPad, did absolutely nothing, huge waste of money...........

For example, can only have a black bracket, no option to have a white bracket to wrap the picture with. Makes the border very jarring. Cannot save to its own album.

I was quickly trying to find a way to resize my wallpapers perfectly. Did not help.

Finally no more frustration over my wallpapers because they didnt fit the screen and it is so easy to use works like a charm.

Maybe the best 99 cents to spend on your ipad if youre like me and spent wayyyyyy too much time trying to fix ios7s broken move and scale feature. Just buy this and save yourself a lot of grief!
